Rude and unprofessional

On 10/26 a lady left me a note declaring to provide her a phone or my illustration on the significant issue. I am considering its a group company. I'll call-back to create payment plans. I called back and also the lady was rude. She's requesting examining and checking account info. I recommended her used to donot have both. She estimates an address of the general. Then she certifies the final four of my cultural. She in the end this she informs me to visit an area drug-store and get a prepaid credit card. I then ask her to deliver me evidence of this debt. She turned truly rude. She stated I had been looking to get out-of spending a debt I owed. She wished I'd a great consultant. I mentioned I am not spending something within the phone for anybody who simply calls my telephone. She turned peaceful andr simply kept the telephone. I said hello. She said nothing. Simply kept the telephone till I hungup.
