Equesting money without documentation

The corporation remains to phone and need that I deliver $146.06 for them or they'll damage my credit. They claim I owe the cash to Verizon. I've requested them to deliver me evidence or perhaps a notice or anything plus they stated they've send document once. I've never obtained anything just threatening telephone calls.

I called Verizon to request easily owed anything plus they said no. I don't received any expenses from their store for $146.03. I've transferred plus they have my new target. I still have telephone support and also the stability on my telephone bill is $0

After I named the organization the very first time they outlined my previous target. Verizon has my new handle on report. I've been at my new address for just 3 months and also the postoffice however forwards all mail that doesn't have my new handle, including spam. I offered the organization my new handle and requested them to deliver me info regarding the debt. They stated that they'd not "since you are just a debt relief organization we can not offer you something." I received no info by email but extended to get telephone calls.

I called another period plus they didn't have my updated address. Again I updated my tackle and again was informed they weren't ready to supply me with any evidence of my debt simply because they were merely a debt relief company.

Our email account was hijacked on December 23. I actually donot understand if it has something related to the e-mail hijacking or is just a separate event. So what can I actually do to prevent the nuisance?
