My friend had a stroke in December and went on temporary disability for 6 months. We notified bofa immediately, she has lived in her home in southern california for 30 years. I have never seen such predatory practices and vicitmization of an individual that i have witnessed by Bank of Amercia!!! After an extensive run around, lying, closing files without notifcation, she received a notice of sale on her door yesterday morning. If I hadn't been helping her, I'm certain she would be dead from what Bank of Amercia has tried to do to her. We followed their instructions given for a temp forebearence and loan modification!!! They act like they want to help and behind the scenes they are Criminals!!! Someone please get the press and our lawmakers involved, there is a huge scandal being undertaken by Bank of America!!! All with our taxpayer dolloars!!
