Is fake! Be ware!

My father was ripped off by these people. He retired after working for 53 years and wanted to lower his house payments. He spoke to Dixon Rios and a lady by the name of Eva. They promised to help him lower his house payments, but instead they robbed him of $2700.00 hard earned money.in short words they basically told him that all he needed to do was send them info and pay $900 monthly for three months. This money was suppose to take care of their processing fee and that months rent. Then his house payment was going to be reduced. They withdrew the money and then that was it. No more "help" from them, no more phone calls, and definitely no lower payments.

My father and I have tried to contact them for the past 8 months. Have called, have written letters, and nothing. He has not heard from them since. We don't know what else to do. So we just wanted to warn others out there. It's really heartbreaking to know that there are people out there that can care less if they hurt/rip off others.
