Hope the following can be of some help to someone.
Have filed, pro se, civil rico action in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, Cleveland, case number 4:04-cv-0527 naming ameriquest, a title company, appraiser, mortgage broker and manager (so far).

It may point someone to the law that would apply to them and their situation. So far the best document to look at is the first amended complaint, document #4 filed 4-6.
