Rip-off!

I went under freecreditreport.com to get my credit report. It required my cash card number because after using their website for more than 30 days-they charge you 8.95. So I gave it to them.

Well about 2 weeks later i called the 188 # to cancel and the man i talked to said i wasnt in the computer so I couldn't cancel. He also said that I would have gotten a conformation letter in the mail.

Well I didnt. So a week later i called back and the man said the same thing - I wasn't in the computer system. Well i then sent them 5 - emails to tell them to cancel me and no one ever got back to me.

Well yesterday i checked my bank account and it was -30 dollars because they took the money out. When i call them back i talked to some lady (named Pearl) said their was nothing she could do.

I told her that I had called before and they said I wasn't in the computer system so there was no way to cancel. She basically told me a persons name isnt in their system until the 30th day, which means they are a scam.

There is no way to cancel before 30 days (their policy). I am poor - so therfore I was mad and asked her to give me my money back plus the 30 for bank fees. She said no.

She was very rude. What they are doing is ripping people off. Please advise people so they don't get ripped off.
