Very very poor customer service

Three months before I transferred my spouse's salary and Lender of America set a hang on 673.00 until January 29th. Because automated funds came out plus they are getting me 35.00 per charge, till this day they'll purchased upmost of the cash that's on-hold in costs. Mark may be the department supervisor and that I described my situation, he explained to return in a few days after more costs have been billed and he'll credit them, I did so and he served like he understood nothing of the situation. Super bad customer support.
