I pay for BOA mess up

I confirmed routing range with lender of america affiliate for my national tax return direct deposit. Bank of america offered me the incorrect routing range! I confirmed using the government the direct-deposit for May 6 (they tried) BOA declined it one day later I had been facility charge inundated by BOA ($175.00) Today I wait 6-8 months to get a document look for the $6,000 tax return. And so I will also delay an additional 3 months for my kids to come quickly to invest summer time with me in Florida. A lender BOA supervisor explained to get financing against my fees. Spend the costs I said... No. Bank of America is heartless and questionable... I would recommend who actually says this to shut your consideration. Facility costs visit thier reward resources
