The first representative was so nice and sweet and sounded so understanding. First there was Matthew, then Norm, then Josh, and then the IRS cleaned out my account. No warning from them. No advice. JUst silence. When I questioned them about it they sent a "copy" of an E-mail they supposedly sent me. These can be faked you know but I checked my account online directly through the server and it never showed up. This company is a ripoff artist. Do not deal with them
