First National Credit How can we get what's ours back from these rip off artists?

Hello,
My Name is Michael and I too have been ripped off by these so call credit card issuers. Like pretty much everyone else on here, I too am having some problems with credit and I received this card with 7,500.00 credit limit with 0%apr for 12 months. Unfortunately I was a bit more naive than many of you. I sent them the money to get everything rolling and I even received the packet and the cards. (without signing anything) and they have already began withdrawing money from my account. Is there anyone out there that knows of any legal rights that I have to get what is mine back. We can't let them just get away with ripping people off (especially people who are already struggling). What do I do Now?
