Ripoff business from hell

We arrived in the USA in March. Being told we needed to create credit we started looking for a credit card company.

First National Credit approached us through the mail and offered us $15 000 credit limit for a fee (I don't remember the fee involved). Being new to this credit game, we responded and were sent a First National Credit Card in March.

Since then, NOTHING!!! No reports, no nothing. The owrst of it all is the card doesn;t even have a MasterCard or Visa logo, so we cannot use this card for day to day needs. None of this was explained to us. They simply took our money and ran.

We are still struggling to get credit and no other credit card company wants to give us a line of credit.
