Misrepresented the credit card and now dont wanna make things right

This company sold the credit card to me saying that you could use it in everyday life an to find out it is only used online. Not to mention the stores that they have online have nothing to look at you type in tv. S an it gives you three pages of items that have nothing to do with tv. S When speaking with manager he stated that he would review the recorded phone call and notify me in 1 bussiness day about the the conversation an he never contacted me. Do not get this card unless you want to be scammed an want a bunch of junk. And they are not very friendly customer service reps. Eithe
