Ripoff Artists of Never Admitting They're Wrong 'cause You can never Prove You'r Greivance!

My Fiance' and I have been hit with bounces of our accounts more than once. $33.00 for every mistake, even if it's just a measely penny. We have never received a notice of insufficient funds less than a week too late to prevent overdrafts. And they add a $5.00 fee for every day they register an over draft for each occurence.

We've attempted their internet site check up on the web, however even that didn't keep us from the $160.00 fees we obtained last time, as their records are different than ours were from their site and they refused to even consider themselves at fault. They told us it was our responsibility to check our accounts everyday, but Calling on the phone to check has not prevented but created overdrafts for us, as they too don't seem to be up to date with the banks records or their ATM records.

How can you prove anything if they seem to always have better information than you and refuse any admition of fault? What hurts the most is it lured us into advance loans to prevent even more charges damage, so what started out as a hope has turned into financing fear, as we are on fixed incomes and this has occured more than once since we started banking with them. And we never seem to be able to see it coming no matter our check ups or balancing skills.

The only winner is Wells Fargo and now we're in for the long hall to pull out because we owe them too much to leave and everyday we fear the tiniest mistake will crumble what little we have left.
