Fraudulently took our fees to contact IRS on our behalf did nothing

Our company responded to J.K. Harris advertising that they were the best tax service in the USA to prevent and secure refunds of IRS levys against bank accounts. They were hired on December 19 to represent us in stopping a tax penalty levy for approximately $12,000.

They charged $1500.00 up front and as of April 12 have done nothing. We discovered a taxpaper advocate division within the IRS and have resolved our own problems. JK Harris personnel are rude, untrained, and non-responsive. Our request for return of up front fee has gone unanswered, as have our phone calls, letters and faxes to JK Harris. We are also reporting them to the Texas Attorney General as a fraud.
