They fraudulently took this money and after agreeing to return the funds have now reversed their position

On October 12, my Paypal Consideration was cost $34.95 with a business named US RECOMMENDATION / US Legal Assets that used to do not approve. I named them on October 13 and was informed that my cash could be delivered in three times. On October 20, I named again and was informed the peyment was impending and also to provide it-one more day-to strike my bill.By October 22 I named again and was educated they wouldn't be returning my income. They fraudulently got this cash and after agreeing to come back the resources have today corrected their placement. I'd like them to come back my cash when I didn't utilize their support and didn't approved them to cost me this charge.
