I got an email about an loan. So i did everything russ satterfield had ask me to do. He ask for an $300.00 deposit to do the paper work for my loan. I was pre-approved, i was trying to buy the house. I was in. The phone calls was like everyday. Then i told my wife about it so she did the same this. But she when through james. James called her everyday for about an week. She lost $300.00 too.
