Deceptive advertising practices one big scam

On 4/19 I purchased auto insurance from this outfit and paid for 6 mos coverage. Thinking it was a done deal really was a mistake... They didn't include all the items in the initiial policy. As the months went by, they continued to add charges to the statement and when I refused the charges that I didnot authorize they sent me a cancellation notice (after three months but refused to return 50% of the premium I paid... Since they had been adding charges to the total, it was considerably large that the original.

They also charged ME for an error on their part in not recording the proper vin number. Then in order to correct the cancellation that I requested they reinstated the policy and added more charges. This outfit needs some serious sanctions by DORA to corrected their fraudulent and criminal behavior! Beware doing business with these thieves and make copies of everything you send them. They love to lie to cover their mistakes! Which were three in my case! Nobody has a clue what they're doing!!!
