Illegal re-aging, seems to blow off all laws. Ripoff

Since Jan. 2004 Capital One has illegally re-aged an account I have disputed on my credit reports. They have not responded to any letters from me yet continue to update my reports with the credit reporting agencies. They have not yet even proven this account is mine yet continue to poison my credit.
