Jason Biro and his staff are all greedy mortgage brokers. I had talked to Jason Biro, Michael Pitti and Steven Prince of Team One Lending and like most americans today. We had an option arm loan and charged up plenty of points on the front end and back end of my loan. Now with my mortgage coming mature (unknown to me), they are no where to be found. I wasn't told of my note and I never received a RESPA and HUD 1 prior to closing (which I should have). I am sure they got a pretty nice kick back on my appraisal as well since I never picked an appraiser or a title company at all. They should all rot in hell. But that is okay. I just gave my report to the bureau handling their investigation on fraud matters. Good Luck Jason and staff and you will be found!
