Hello and I'm hoping for some help

Here is my situation first let me start of by saying they sent this to my Wyandotte ok address but I reside in Missouri. I have been on here for 4 hrs already today and have learned that i need to to send a letter requesting proof of the debit and send it certified so I have that wrote up and will sent tomorrow. I have also checked into the SOL and I think I'm good. So I guess I need step by step lamin terms on what to do. I can't just run down to the court house because I live 5 hrs away from Oklahoma City.

Any help would be so greatly appreciated!!!
