Refund Check Stolen

My taxes was done by them and I have been running around trying to get my Federal Tax check to which they have. I have called them and they don't return no ones phone calls, now this is a serious crime by them and i want my refund check. Ben called me and told me he would get my check, here it is almost months later and no check.
