Ripoff, No e-mail confirmation or any other kind of communication

Was online with my debt counseling service and they offered free credit report newsletter. Never received any e-mail confirmation or any newsletters as promised.

Debt counseling service will be notified of this fraudulent behaviour and will be making trip to the bank to see if I can get this cleared up. $79.95 dollars has been taken from my account at a time when I need it to pay other bills.

I am glad to have found this website. Help clear up a lot of problems I've had.
