Scammed Me and My Family

I had gone online to look at insurance rates for myself and I ended up inquiring with several well know companies to see if I could qualify. A few days later I got a call from a "broker" who asked me several questions about myself, my health care and habits and she said that I could qualify with a company during their open enrollment to the public and I would be getting coverage through BCBS. The costs that I would be looking at would be $217 and that would cover the first 2 months and I wouldn't have to pay again until October. I got my cards in the mail about a month later and found out that it's through a discount plan, not at all what I signed up for. I called immediately and spoke with their customer care representative and demanded that they cancel me from their service and refund me the initial charge since I wasn't given what they promised. The entire month and a half that I was waiting for my "cards" to arrive I had been off of my medications because I couldn't afford to pay full price for them. I explained this to them and they told me that I wasn't able to get a refund, even though I NEVER used their service. They told me how to cancel, but that I still wouldn't get a refund.

Now, I check my financial info and it shows that exactly one month since the first payment they take out the second payment even though they said they wouldn't.By doing this they have severely hurt me financially and my family because their banking info is in a way connected with mine. This company is nothing but liars and cheats and frauds. Half the time you can't get a representative on the phone and when you do they are rude as can be. They shouldn't be allowed to do this to people. But trust that I WILL be getting my money back one way or another.
