Total scam!

My wife signed up with them in June for "insurance" that was to start in October. We never received cards after the enrollment fee, and they took out the payment they were supposed to take out on Sept. 21 on June 21st. When we called "Morgan" we were told that was not her name, and that she could not talk to us. They also said that we were to send bills of over $250 and they would "negotiate them." They told us we had to cancel before June 24 to get our money back, even though we have received no benefits at all, and the policy did not start until October. They never return calls nor let you talk to billing. We are out $500, and have contacted the Iowa Attorney General's office and the Iowa Insurance Commission. I hope all of you folks do the same. This is a fraud, as what they tell you on the phone is a total lie.
