Im legaly seperated from my wife and my insurance went sky high with Tower Hill insurance and i got another quotetation from the same company and i was mislead with information saying that my refund would go to my mortgage company. So i waited with several calls and e-mails when my mortgage company after 2 months never received the refunded check after my calls i talked to a lady by the name of Donna Gonzalez and she says that she canot help me even if they mislead me with improper information... Now my Morgage is sky high and my x-wife gets away from forging my signature on the check, because they did not do there job correct and did not help a 6 year custome
