Pfh holding co. Supposed collection agency wanted upfront money for debtors credit report

I was contacted by them after filling out a request to find a collection agency at a site online. A brandon Smith took the info but then wanted $50.00 upfront to pull the debtors credit report so they could get started quickly. I received an email from them with an attachment that looked like a typical agreement with the collection agency. Neither their phone number or fax numbered listed on the agreement are in service. There appears no way to contact them.
