Rip Off

I initially sent ten dollars processing and handling for a "free" report which turned out to be nothing more than a booklet on writing ads and selling information by mail.included was an offer to receive 9 professionally printed reports, marketing materials and reprint rights for $50, which I sent on July 18. The check wasn't cleared until August 10th. As of today, 9/12, I have received nothing... Even though I requested rush handling.
