I am ripping off complaint by using it for cheap information and entertainment

Even with donations, I'm still getting way more than what I pay for.

Complaint has proven to be an excellent resource for me to find info about unfamiliar companies and products.

If I find nothing on what I'm looking for here, I don't automatically assume it's not a ripoff, but I do take it as a good sign and continue research elsewhere.

I've saved time and money and avoided being ripped off numerous times thanks to the wealth of experiences related by the posters to this site.

And, ever since I discovered the posts by Melissa/Rach/Alice/Cynthia/Jen/Anonymous, I can't even begin to guess at the value of the entertainment it's provided me.

Keep up the good work, ED, and thanks a ton!
