Business & Finance

I was an employee for this fraud company. I used to be a customer service agent for the retention department.

Even though all agents are obligated to say the corporate is located in Dallas, Texas, the call center is located in Alajuela, Costa Rica, near the international airport, SARET Free Zone.

Corporate does not exist, is probably one guy in the US sending instructions on how to rip people off. They train the agents to manipulate customers and convince them to keep the service active.

They have no real benefits. All I can say is that the system will charge credit cards and they never refund the money.

Some of the customers have been full members for months and they don't even know about this company.

They have a QA department to control how the agents scam people. The company use to hire people with not legal permit to work in Costa Rica. They even hire illegal American immigrants, especially IRS most wanted.

It's about time to report this company to the FBI.
