Thick Indian accsent using American names and big shot titles!

In the rough economy we have these days sometimes you have to do some crazy stuff to get by. Well, I did just that, I contacted a payday loan place on line and took a loan. Not having any trouble with them at all. I get this weird phone call from "Officer Kevin Jones" of the US law dept. With a very heavy mid-eastern accesent. Telling me if I didn't send him by Western Union 654.00 I would be aressted my family in shame and all this very intemidating remarks. He almost had me, ALMOST! Until I looked up info on the consumer complaints! And someone else has a similar story as mine. This Kevin Jones had the Gall to call me at work, and start the intemidation all over again. I told him, he was well repersented in the consumer complaints, and he STILL continued with the same crap story! I than told hime I was contacting the US Attorney's office and reporting him and passoing on his numbe
