Improper ACH Debit collections

On Aug 1 delivered notice to stop ACH selections and also to stop support. I'd delivered published claims and fax over my notice that I'm revoking the continuing cost agreement and also the organization, and on June 1st they incorrectly prepared the money of my bill.

They didn't create a backup of the agreement that will be under challenge inside the designated time period declaring that after three years the agreement home-restore itself annually which I can't stop outside my wedding signal-in month. (I've been together for 8 years) there is never a for ACH selections; which was started by me for my comfort. Consequently, I'm under no-obligation to carry on support with no required written confirmation and certainly will revoke the continuing cost agreement because it was never a backup.
