Om March 19 being a single mother of two kids and living paycheck to paycheck I was reading the local newspaper Hoosier Topics of Cloverdale, IN and saw an ad that read quote"$250 to $500 a week. Will train to work at home. Helping the US Government file HUD/FHA mortgage refunds. No experience necessary. Call toll free 1-86-537-2906. So with this i got on line to see if i could find anything out with the BBB in Indiana they had nothing. I called the newspaper they called JMW and then called me back saying that this all was legite and besides it was the government how could I go wrong.

So I called getting Valerie she then explain that please wait i think that position has been filled. She put me on hold and came back and said yes we do need someone in your area.

She then began her little speech. That yes they were legite and that I would be a third processor making 25-35% of all refunds that I got. That for a refundable amount of $98.00 of which i could get back at anytime how could it be bad if i got my money refunded if i decided i didnt want to do it is what she said.

That the training materials would be shipped to me in 10-12 days All I needed to do was to read them get the toll free number and call my trainer at anytime i needed to.

If i dont want it to pack it back up mail it back and my $98.00 would be refunded no questions ask. To always call my trainer as long as i wanted with questions thats what their there for.

That there would never be anymore money taken out of my account and then she starting asking for my name, address, everything off of my check. And that it had to be check my routing number and my account number.

Keep in mind the only reason why i called was because it said government. She explained that is was very easy and that all I had to do is go to the white pages and find names off of a list they would provide me with. So I ask many questions and she seemed to have an answer to them. She even engaged on a personal conversation with me to make things sound nice.

I knew there was something up by being put on hold and that they didnt give any of their address and numbers out. So I said you know what Ive changed my mind i dont want this at all i need my 98.00 she said ok thats fine and hung up.

Well i checked my bank and nothing happened so i thought well she didnt do me wrong. But much to my dismay on the 25 of March I was doing my weekly banking and yes they did take my money a week later. So I tried to call and like everyone else couldnt talk to her she was always busy. They said can I take a message and I would say yes and then without asking me name and number they would hang up.

So I could numerous times till they gave me a new number to the main office David, Bob, Clinton you name it they have so many names. That number was 480-777-7696. I called all day and finally got christine and she said whats the problem. Before this i had left several messages and to this day Mar 31 no one has called me. But Christine wanted to know who I talked to I said Valerie she put me on hold acted like she was talking to Valerie.

She then came back and said Valerie said I never treid to cancel and that I couldnt cancel because my packet was on its way. I had even cancelled the packet by automated line myself 3 times.

She said when you get packet write letter that you want to cancel put it in envelope and mail back. Then it will go to the research department and then they will make decision. I ask what is your name please she said Christine and I said last name please. She said you dont need to know it and I dont want you to have it. I said but yet you can rip thousands of people off and you wont give up your name. She assured me she was the only Christine there.

I said you know I can come to arizona if need be she said why and hung up. So since they want to be this way I called my bank which informed me it was to late after they worked all day for me trying to find out something. Christine told my bank that she already gave me instructions on how to get my money back.

This is why they take checks because if we used credit cards we could prosecute them. Checks are usually long gone by the time we figure this out. I have contacted the BBB in Indiana and arizona, the attorney general, Us Postal Inspection, Newspaper, state police, my bank, Marketing association, federal trade comission, National fraud line so they will be investigated.

See little sister dont like it when people take her money and I get nothing in return. I like all the rest could smack myself for believeing it but the government thing was the only reason why. I have faith that I will get my money back some day. I will shut this company down.

So please beware this is a scam and they know it all of our stories are almost identical and yet they still lie and scam. While I was talking to one of the guys i could hear them all answering phones in the background and giving the sames little speech.

Now I will have to rob peter to pay paul but Ive learn an important lesson and I do have a clear mind but they will have to answer to the man above!!!
