Refinance - Home Mortgage

My original loans (I have a mort and a 2nd) were with Countrywide. Then B of A and during the transition B of A said which is not true that I paid both late. B of A used this as the reason I could not refi a 6.5 & 8.25 APR loans. I have ALWAYS paid on time. They won't refi because they are making loads of money off me. Modern day loans sharks. Bailed out and protected by the clown that promised change. The only change is robbing the citizenry is now protected. Great country!
