Cooperators, Cooperators Insurance COOPERATORS DUMPED ME!

I held a policy with another company for five years while living in Alberta.

I only had one accident while with the other company but unlike co-operators who dumped me immediatly after I hit a deer, they were courteous and helpful.

They went out of their way to make sure my claim was processed quickly. All my dealings with them were the same way whether it was change of address, change to the date of withdrawls from my account or just a simple question on my policy they were always more then helpful to me. Even when my agent was changed and a new agent took over my account I still received the same excellent customer service I had grown used to not like the co-operators.

I would highly recommend any other company than the co-operators to anyone who is in the market for a new insurance company.

I have had no personal dealing with them in the U. S but my experience in Canada was bad. I really did not feel important as a client of theirs.
