I recently applied for a payday online, which I never got approved for, and got an unauthorized charge for $30 on my bank account

I recently applied for a payday online, which I never got approved for, and a few days later I checked my bank account and there was a a charge on it. I called the number which was listed by the $30 charge and told the woman i spoke with i never got a loan and never authorized. After calling the number I found it was membershipcare.net. I was transferred to a supervisor who didn't answer and the mailbox was full. Also the phone hung up and said error. I looked up the website membershipcare.net, it had a one page add with a different phone number with no other information. I called back and told them I would be contacting my attorney if I did not get my money back. I was transferred to another person who gave me a confirmation number and said my money would be given back to me within 7 to 10 days. This place is a scam and no one should ever have to go through this. I hope that I get my money back.

I will be contacting my attorney probably anyway. It is a shame that people run out of money and then get ripped off by scams like these.

They told me how it works, is if I need money I will receive it and never have to pay it back. Go figure that one out.
