RESPA and TILA violations

I bought a flat in April. Because of economic difficulty caused by impairment and severe medical problem, I had been positioned on long term disability leave. Our impairment is lasting which my disability money had somewhat decreased (net gain = $3000 monthly). I requested mortgage loan modification pursuant to House Inexpensive Change Option - Primary Decrease Option (HAMP-PRA). I had been well-qualified for several needs underneath the plan and posted all necessary files to AHMSI. It had been refused. No cause was supplied in my experience written down. Our mortgage contract descends from Choice One, then AHMSI got around. Wells Fargo is my buyer and called as trustee in search of foreclosure. I created many efforts to speak with Choice One and AHMSI (characters and telephone calls), from July through August. Our residence was bought for $399k (80/20). Existing market-value by 8/21 is $198k - $220k (520 sqft). I submitted for Bk 13 in April also it was transformed into Bk 7 in January because of substantial decrease in my disability income. If AHMSI foreclosed on my residence, I'd absolutely follow appropriate action against Choice One/Wells Fargo Bank/time Stop/AHMSI performing as one organization for scam (purchasing the sub prime mortgages), deceit, illegal enrichment and violations of TILA and RESPA. AHMSI have been informed of my impairment and severe medical problem. These were also supplied with all of the files essential to agree my software for HAMP-PRA. Wells Fargo/AHMSI aren't prepared to assist, aside from readiness, capability to pay and qualifying for several needs under HAMP-PRA. I'm still awaiting their ultimate strategy - foreclosure.
