BBVA swindles Fees

Exposed a totally free bank account with BBVA COMPASS for 25.00 the very first of the entire year. Four weeks in to the agreement they began removing 8.95 from my free checking.

This caused my bank account after a few months to become overdrawn. There is no caution or notice of the changes. They took and triggered my consideration to become overdrawn. After contacting Irene Navarro rep.#5429 boss Pharr, Tx she explained she might just return 1 8.95 cost making me with unfavorable stability of -15.95. Not acceptable. Called back talked to Patrick France Manchester, ALA a supervisor. Was advised he might zero out the consideration and grab my 25.00 along the way. For me the corporation is extremely DISHONEST. Additionally the organization has SPANISH management AND NEVER AN AMERICAN BANK!!!
