Unauthorized charge

I applied a charge card to cover my food purchase. After I got my declaration in the charge card organization, I noticed that the cost more than my price have been posted by Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut supervisor stated he'd look at it and contact me back but he never did. I'd my bill and also the charge card record, and also the problem (or deceptive access) was apparent, however I acquired no compensation, no apology, not really an identification of the mistake.
