Money issue

I recently had a problem with chase lender and that I am totally dissatisfied. I visited the neighborhood department to create a deposit through the atm like i usually do and in the place of adding my deal it totally drew up my cas cash and offered me no bill, no money-back, nothing. I went up and named immediately towards the customer support detailing what occurred, they in switched stated they submitted a state which I'd get a short-term credit 24 hours later for that quantity, do a study and inform me. Well, I had been treated since it would be solved and that I might hae my cash... Today below we're thirty days' later they corrected the credit and stated I never created a deposit&REAL BS!!! May u think the nerve, obviously, I'll NEVER bank together again.: (
