Claims department screwed me

Somebody employed my banking account to finance a gaming site. I submitted a state at chase lender. They stated there's nothing they'd do since the fraudulant charges originated from a gaming site. Additionally they stated I just had 60-days to recuperate the resources. Throughout the start of the period they went me around in groups. Stating i had a need to deliver them a closed type. They never delivered me the shape. After thirty days of the they ultimately delivered me the shape. I stuffed it out and sent it back instantly. They stated it had been more than 60 times. They stated it had been a gaming website plus they might do-nothing to assist me. UNREAL how piss-poor my banks promises people are. I approached this gaming website plus they stated they'd do-nothing, that my lender would need to cost them back. After I told my lender this-they stated they'd do nothing. Unreal. It's such as this gaming website understood that my piss-poor state division at my lender might do nothing... Our bank cheated me here!!
