This company started by calling and threatening my aunt and grandmother. When they were given our number, they threatened to take us to court, etc. Unless we paid. They had some of the correct information on the debt they were seeking, so we thought it was legit. After setting up and making scheduled payments, I received a "settled, paid in full" letter. After last payment a new debt collection company started calling on the same debt. When I tried to call Global Filing Services, it went to a message that states "the magic jack customer you are trying to reach does not have a voicemail. The address listed is for a fed ex location. I was stupid. You don't have to be. This company is a rip-off.
