Yesterday i visited a TD lender with my container of pocket change that me and my boy saved-up and so I may train him to save. Once we visited the cash device and began the procedure like ive done sufficient time previously-betting just how much we'd etc. The equipment had NO quantity and was dimly lite but ive completed this lots of occasions -got my bill and visited the teller. The teller then tosses at me easily have a merchant account and that I claim no -he then strikes me with theres a-3% cost to make use of the equipment? Are you joking? The teller claims then available a merchant account-I-say no-then hes like well I suppose youll be spending the 3%. Thats some customer support they got, there is NO indicators or something stating about that charge so when i requested to get a supervisor he explained it began in february. He to subsequently attempted to obtain me to start a merchant account and again i told them NO. This an effective way to show my boy how unaware large businesses are as it pertains to clients. I did so previously contemplate starting a merchant account although not anymore. They consider your change and cover it-up and utilize it when deli owners are available in, laundromat entrepreneurs, etc are available in thus there not losing. So i appreciate TD for disgraceful methods
