Ripoff fraud took money

Business & Finance

In early January I was contacted by phone to recieve a Mastercard with a limit of $2500.00. I made the man repeat several times that the card could be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

A one time fee of $299.00 was withdrawn from my checking account on January 23. I was told I would recieve the card in 15 to 21 days by Fed Ex delivery.

After about 25 days I started calling the phone number only to get a busy signal or no answer. Several times I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes and then disconnected.

Once I had asked to speak to Conrad, the original caller, and was put on hold and then disconnected.

On March 4th i talked to the person who answered the phone and was told that all packages from i-23 had been delayed by a computer error and would be going out the next day. On March 12th I recieved my package.

No credit card is was included. A black folder with a lot of junk is what I recieved.

I want my money back. They ripped me off! I want satisfaction.
