Submitted Income Papers and Bank Statement, Then Told No Payday Loan

I gave Plain Green all of my private information they sent me back response that I di't dend them what they wanted I sent all my private income papers and my bank account statement i don't what they are going to do with this information now i need to close my account because they lied and said they were going to give me a payday loan that is very unfair to trick people like I think they should be shut down
