I have given six months worth of payments and NO MERCHANDISE! I want my money back!

I thought that this company was meeting the needs of the people. However, over the past six months I've made my consecutive payments but I have not receive any merchandise. I returned the necessary documents to them, such as proof of address, Bank Statement, and the Verification Sheet in the month of March.
Three months later an advisor told me that I had to send my proof of Id, Social Security card and a Utility bill. I didn't know that I was getting an apartment. I thought I was getting a computer (Being a little sarcastic if I may). I was not informed that I had to do this.
After reading the different reviews, I must say that I could use this money for more important things. I am actually paying my debts off as we speak, and I thought that Tronx Country would do their part and help someone and be honest and trustworthy in their policy. I did my part and they failed in doing theirs.
