Creative loan modification sidell lied again, he called me in to charge me more illegal upfront fees

Sidell had me come in after 2 months of calling jerry the snake oil salesman. He met me in his rented conference room with no socks on but kept asking questions about his partner in ny. He talked as sleazy as he looked. He then wanted me to sign this unbelievable new agreement and give him 845 more dollars for work he never finished.
I was told he was told to stop doing this and that jerry is a licensed mortgage broker who should know better than to rip people off. Jerry is his front man (salesman) but on his card he calls himself a marketing consultant-a marketing consultant who i understand works on commissions from foolish homeowners like me.
I know that his name as my attorney was on my original agreement and i am going after him after i get a lawyer. He says he resigned from american but he is in the same space.
I can't believe he is all over the radio on wbz boasting about his company.
I'm sending a letter to the massachussets bar association and i called the radio station yesterday.
I also sent in a letter to the better business bureua, these con man need to stop now.
