They are ripe off artist

They called me and stated i had been accepted to obtain a ptc card that's a borrowing limit of 9,500.00 and that i told them i had been not interested after which they however ripped 89.00 from my account, i named them and stated i told them i didnt want that card and to put that money in my account and they said rudely i'd to send them a mail and so i did and they said they'll not put that money back and she was very rude. Iam on disability and that i cant afford that and she said they still wont return the cash. This can be a rip-off company and im turning them into the ftc, therefore if any body gets a telephone call from ptc card hang-up in it. They're a few of the rudesst people i've ever talked too. But i'll turn them into the ftc
