Won't stop charging me

I triggered a merchant account to gain access to some fascinating files for function and settled the first monthly charge. I had been surprised to determine among my files on the site - however it have been published on another site for anybody to obtain - to ensure that component was reasonable enough. But, used to donot discover that it was all that excellent a website and never truly all that usefull or well-organized. The next month; after I had been billed I named to prevent my membership. What's promising is the fact that they did credit me for that month that I terminated, however they continued to cost me again the next month and needed to feel the same workout again! I'm expecting the following month is much better.
