Scam charges

I spend my Money One statement online. I usually spend promptly. I'venot worked in over annually, therefore regretfully, I spend the minimum. I actually donot enter a sum, I simply press "spend minimal".

Today I acquired a notice within the email declaring I had been per month behind, and so I named. I had been informed 2 weeks before I paid $15 after I owed $16. I had been billed a $39 charge, which occurred again the following month despite the fact that I settled that which was published whilst the minimum

I called and stated I settled what their site mentioned I owed. The person tolded me the expenses and also the web is not always correct. The only path to obtain a precise quantity due was to contact Money One before I create my cost! How is that this legitimate? I have been billed $78 since the site had misinformation.
