Incompetent customer service

Pensco Trust advertises great customer service but is totally unresponsive once they get your money. You can call their customer service line, get put on hold, and then after ten minutes get a message that tells you to leave a message and that they will call you back. They never call back. They could care less. This is a great example of a company that promises great service and says they are trustworthy but they are terrible.

I predict that it won't be long before it comes out the company is failing or corrupt and that thousands of people are losing their savings they had with Pensco.
